Welcome to konjwa. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the binding contractual arrangement between you, the site visitor or buyer (“you”), and Puning Changxinshun Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of https://www.konjwa.com. Our store specializes in women’s apparel, including blouses, dresses, jackets and skirts. We hold the discretion to decline or cancel orders under a range of circumstances, including obvious pricing or description errors, out-of-stock inventory, suspected fraudulent transactions, bulk resale purchases, or orders flagged for abnormal purchasing patterns. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund back to your original payment source. You are responsible for ensuring all details entered during checkout, such as recipient name, shipping address and contact information, are accurate and complete. Mistakes in address information may lead to delivery failure, and associated risks and charges will be your responsibility.

2. Website Usage & User Responsibilities

You may access konjwa solely for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You agree not to carry out activities that disrupt or compromise the stability of our platform. Prohibited activities include automated scraping of product images, descriptions and pricing data, using bots to mass-place orders, hacking, injecting malicious scripts, posting offensive content, or attempting to bypass site security controls.

All trademarks, brand logos, garment photography, product copy, webpage layout and original design materials published on this website are the intellectual property of Puning Changxinshun Trading Co., Ltd. 3. Product Descriptions & Visual Disclaimers

We strive to present true-to-life photos, size charts and fabric descriptions for all skirts, blouses, jackets and dresses. However, slight colour variance may appear between the screen display and physical garment due to different monitor calibration, lighting environment and shooting settings. Minor colour differences do not qualify as product defects. Size information is for reference only. Body shapes vary individually, and we cannot guarantee every garment will perfectly fit all body types. We strongly advise customers to read our size guide before purchase.

4. Payment & Chargeback Rules

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay for transactions. All payment processing is handled by licensed third-party payment providers. Our server does not retain full card numbers or security codes. When you submit your order, your payment instrument will be pre-authorized. Actual capture of funds will happen once we start preparing your parcel for shipment. If you initiate an unwarranted chargeback without first communicating with our support team to resolve the issue, we reserve rights to restrict your future access to our website and pursue available remedies.

5. Integrated Shipping & Return Disclosure

Before completing checkout, you have seen the mandatory return notice shown on each product page and checkout screen: all returned merchandise must be shipped back to our warehouse located in Mainland China. For returns caused by personal preference, the buyer assumes all international return shipping fees, plus any customs or clearance charges. Estimated return freight ranges from $22–50 USD. Once our China warehouse receives, inspects and confirms items meet return criteria, approved refunds will be initiated within 3–7 working days, and funds will arrive in your original payment account within 8–14 business days. 6. Limitation of Liability

We operate the website and sell apparel within reasonable commercial standards. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your purchase will never exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. We shall not be held accountable for indirect losses, lost profits, travel expenses, work interruption or other consequential damages arising from delayed delivery, slight colour difference, sizing dissatisfaction or logistics disruptions caused by customs, carrier operations or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.
