This Return Policy is operated by Puning Changxinshun Trading Co., Ltd., applicable to all purchases of blouses, dresses, jackets and skirts made through https://www.konjwa.com. All return-related matters are governed under the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

1. Return Application Timeframe

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days counted from the day you receive your parcel. Once we approve your return request, you must ship the item back within 7 calendar days. Applications or shipments submitted beyond these deadlines will not be accepted for refund consideration.

2. Condition of Returnable Merchandise

Items eligible for return must remain unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, smoke stains, scratches or damage caused by customer use. Original product tags, labels and packaging must be fully attached and intact.

Clearance / final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any garments that have been altered, tailored, laundered, stained or damaged after delivery cannot qualify for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if inspection finds products fail to meet the above standards.

3. Return Destination & Cost Allocation

Return Country: China. All returned goods must be delivered to our warehouse located in Mainland China. No overseas return drop-off location is available.

If return is required due to our fault: manufacturing defect or wrong item shipped by us. We will take charge of the corresponding return shipping fee. You are required to provide clear photos or video evidence for verification.
If you request return for personal preference reasons (such as unsatisfied fit, style mismatch, change of mind): the buyer bears the full cost of international return shipping, customs duties and any additional charges generated during the return transit. Estimated international return shipping expense ranges from $22 to $50 USD, the exact price fluctuates based on package weight, dimensions and your residing country. The original outbound shipping cost paid for your order will not be refunded in preference-based return cases.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

Send an email to support@konjwa.com, attach your order number and real photos of the garment to start return review.
Wait for our formal approval email with return instructions and warehouse address. Do NOT ship your package before receiving our written authorization. Unauthorized parcels will be rejected directly and will not be processed for refund.
Arrange shipment by yourself, mark your order number visibly on the outside of the package, then send the tracking number to our support email after shipment.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

After our China warehouse receives your parcel and completes product inspection confirming compliance with return criteria, we initiate your refund request within 3–7 working days. The fund will appear in your original payment account within 8–14 business days. The actual arrival time depends on the settlement cycle of your payment provider or bank. We cannot accelerate processing handled by third-party financial institutions.

6. Dispute Settlement

Any disagreements arising from return, inspection result and refund will be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Jurisdiction belongs to the competent courts in Puning City, Guangdong Province.
