  • This Payment Policy applies to all purchases made on https://www.konjwa.com, operated by Puning Changxinshun Trading Co., Ltd. It sets out the rules for transaction authorization, accepted payment options, billing, refunds and dispute handling for our women’s apparel including blouses, dresses, jackets and skirts. This policy is supplementary to our Terms of Service and governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

    1. Available Payment Methods

    We support secure global payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay. All payment transactions are processed through certified cross-border payment service providers. Our web server never permanently stores your full card number, CVV code, wallet private keys or sensitive payment credentials. We only keep minimal transaction reference IDs required for order lookup and refund administration.

    2. Payment Authorization and Capture

    When you submit your order at checkout, your selected payment method will receive an authorization hold to verify available funds. This hold confirms your payment instrument is valid, but it is not an immediate charge. Funds will be officially captured once we confirm stock availability and begin preparing your package for shipment. In situations where items are found out of stock after authorization, we will release the hold or issue a full refund to your original payment source promptly.

    3. Currency and Additional Bank Charges

    All product prices shown on konjwa.com are quoted in US Dollars. Your card issuer or digital wallet provider may apply currency conversion fees and international transaction surcharges. These fees are determined solely by your bank or payment provider and are not collected by konjwa. We are not liable for reimbursing these bank-side extra costs. We recommend checking with your bank about overseas transaction fees before checkout.

    4. Order Verification for Security

    We implement anti-fraud screening for every incoming order. For high-value orders or transactions flagged with risk signals, our team may request supporting documents to validate the purchaser’s identity and ownership of the payment account. Your order will be put on hold until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested materials within the given time frame may result in automatic order cancellation and release of your payment authorization.

    5. Refund Execution Rules

    When your return request is fully approved under our Return Policy, refunds will always be routed back to the identical payment method you used to place the order. Refunds cannot be redirected to other accounts, bank cards or digital wallets. Once we initiate the refund, the arrival timeline depends entirely on the settlement cycle of your payment processor or issuing bank, generally taking 8–14 business days. Refund delays caused by financial institutions are outside our control, and we are unable to speed up their internal processing workflow.

    6. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

    If you notice an unexpected duplicate charge or incorrect billing amount on your statement, please contact our support team first via support@konjwa.com with your order number and billing screenshot for investigation before opening a chargeback. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks. Customers who repeatedly file invalid chargebacks may lose access to our website and future purchasing privileges.

    7. Payment Security Notice

    Our checkout page uses SSL encryption to protect your payment data during transmission. Please note we will never send emails or messages asking you to send card PIN, CVV or account passwords to our staff manually.
